**ghostmail** is a service operated by Foxlark Strategy Limited.

This policy explains how we handle personal data for both hiring organisations using ghostmail and candidates who apply through ghostmail inboxes.

## If you are a hiring organisation

**What we collect**
When you create a ghostmail inbox, we collect your email address to manage your account and communicate with you about your inbox.

**Why we hold it**
We use your email address to send you operational updates about your inbox — including confirmation when it opens, reminders as it approaches the 30-day limit, and notification when it closes.

**Payment**
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

**How long we keep it**
We retain your account email for as long as you have an active account with ghostmail. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

**What we don't do**
We do not share your data with third parties or use it for marketing without your consent.

## If you are a job applicant

**What we collect**
When you apply for a job using a ghostmail address, your email and any content you include are received and stored in a ghostmail inbox on behalf of the hiring organisation.

**Why we hold it**
Your application is held so the hiring organisation can review it during the recruitment period.

**How long we keep it**
All data in a ghostmail inbox is deleted after 30 days. You will receive an email notification when the inbox closes and your data is removed.

**Who can access it**
Only the hiring organisation that created the inbox can access your application. Foxlark Strategy Limited does not read, share, or sell application data.
