How it works

  1. Create a ghostmail inbox (e.g. yourjobid@nogho.st)
  2. Applicants send emails to your ghostmail address
  3. Check your ghostmail inbox for applications
  4. Get in touch with people you want to connect with
  5. Let everyone know the role has closed effortlessly
  6. Inboxes close after 30 days by default: no ghosting.

Why we built this

There's too much ghosting.
"We might not be able to get back to everyone" isn't good enough.
We made it effortless to let people know the role closed.
It's the least you can do.

Whilst the ideal would be that you reply to everyone...
If you can't, we'll do it for you.

How much does it cost?

£49 per inbox.
One inbox per role.
Hiring frequently? Buy in bulk or subscribe for unlimited.

No-one applied. Can I get a refund?

No, but you can reuse the inbox for another role. The 30 day clock starts ticking on the first application.

Can we have longer than 30 days?

Maybe. Email us.

What do you do with the data?

We keep applicants' emails for 30 days after the inbox is closed and then delete them.

Do you read their emails?
